Pool ladder has merged recolors. Towel is based on the VISIBLE SUNBATHE INLAND. Your sims will be able to sunbathe anywhere, the towel will become invisible at night. Please read the original post for more information. There are two versions for the bed float: One works as a lounge seat and the Sunbathing Lounge works as a towel (will become invisible at night too), so you will have to use "MoveObjects On" cheat to be placed it over the pool.
